Qualifications & Requirements
- Immediate intake.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration /Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
- Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, has multi-tasking abilities and accountability
- A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity and is able to work independently

Duties & Responsibilities
- To execute administrative work
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, couriers, and phone calls.
- Able to handle front desk duties including answering phone calls and attending to visitors.
- Maintain proper filing systems for administrative documents (hardcopy and softcopy).
- Ensure compliance with company office policies and procedures.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basis
