 Qualifications & Requirements
  1. Immediate intake.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration /Management or equivalent
  3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
  4. Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, has multi-tasking abilities and accountability
  5. A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. High integrity and is able to work independently
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional.
  8. Able to multitask, well-organized, and attentive to details.
 Duties & Responsibilities
  1. To execute administrative work
  2. Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, couriers, and phone calls.
  4. Able to handle front desk duties including answering phone calls and attending to visitors.
  5. Maintain proper filing systems for administrative documents (hardcopy and softcopy).
  6. Ensure compliance with company office policies and procedures.
  7. Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
  8. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basis
